What size training bra do I get?

can anyone help I’m having 460/485 implants I’m a 32b now.. 2 days to go eek xxxxxx

Hey huni wot size did they tell you would be af your op ? I was told to get dd I had 450cc but my cup size is 32G but my 32dd shock absorber running bra still fit and did so when from day one of my op with all swelling x

They told me dd/e if got a feeling il be big thou as I still have a bit of boobies and there roughly a 32b/c xxx
