WHAT Size will i be?

i am a large a, small b. measure back 34 which was 30 plus you add 4 extra. hope i am right i am getting 340 cc high profile

i had 380cc MHP unders on monday and i was a 34a and my surgeon told be i would be around a D cup.

he told me a d cup but i dont know if thats a small or large??
