what size would i be..

hi, im having my surgery on the 10th march and im having 460 overs by dr singh, has anybody had this done by this doc and what size are they. I am 5.5 size 8 and am currently 34 b but that 34 b is a very well padded and geled bra lol.. so im proberly a 34 a, any idea ladies, if anyone got any pics please send it to kresta.edge@btinternet.com.thankyou xxx
