Hey hun. Im still pre-op at the mo but most people like the macom bra (thats what im getting) or alternatively you can get one in Asda for £8. Or M & S do them for £20.

Regarding time off it also depends if your having unders or overs? Unders have a longer healing time so maybe just a week.

I drive for a living so I’ve been told I need 2 weeks off. Hope this helps a little xxx

i used a maximum sports bra from tesco it was only £6 and just as supportive as the shock absorber from debhenams, also my job is quite physical and i had only 1 week off and i felt fine going back xx xx

    hi carmel

im going to meet the surgeon on wednesday and have the money all ready so looking to book asap really!

provided i can get the time off work anyways ! i have already booked 2 wks off work in june as was meant to be going on holiday but this has changed all that and i dnt think i can wait til then!

how long did u all wait til u saw the surgeon to getting the op? xxx

Hey sezza, Im a a/b and wanted to look a D and have been recommended 410 high profile. Bear in mind what you measure is bigger than what you look with fake boobs. If you wanna “look” a D than make sure you tell the surgeon that other wise you may end up only looking a C.

I saw the surgeon end of Jan and my op is next month but that was my choice to wait so long xxx

Nikki – Just looked at ya other new pics. Looking fab xxx

I got the support bras, non wired at debenhams, very comfy.. 18 pounds.

I think u should take a week off, cos you just at your desk.. But everyone recovery differently.. If ur fit you mite recover in a few days and be back at your desk..

Basically for 2 weeks, minimize upper arm movements.

i tried getting the ones from m&s with a zip up the front but they had sold out – got myself 2 sports bras from asda and they just as good and lower cut and only £6.

They do post surgery bras as well which are about a tenner :)

oh and i’ve booked a week off n i do basic office work so i think 2 weeks off should be enough for you :D

    xx
