Hey huni best one around is from debhams This Shock Absorber sports bra has been created especially for running, with an enhanced support system to target excessive breast movement and featuring seam-free and concealed elastic to reduce rubbing and chafing. This Shock Absorber running bra has been proven to reduce breast bounce by up to 78%. Top Tip…..Fasten the top clip before you put the Run bra on and then pull it on over your head. The bottom hook and eye can then be fastened once the Run bra is in place.

my nurse recommended the asda ones too as she said not to get one with support, I think this may be to let them frop a little quicker and appear more natural iin the long run, but I have got the ms zip sports bra over my strapping at the mo to make sure the feel secure haha xx

Im three days PO and my Macon is an absolute god send. I ordered two. Dont forget you get 15% off with your MYA code.

Definitely going to look at getting the Debenhams one when I’ve recovered more but with the Macom one you do it up at the front so dont have to lift up your arms x
