What time do you usually get admitted for an overnight case?

As above really. Im at Preston first trust on 20th June xx

Yeah I know thanks hun. Just day cases seem to be about 7:30-8:30am so was just wondering what an overnighter will be xx

I’d like to know this aswel, I’ve requested a late admission so wondered how late they can give you? Xx

I was overnight and was admitted at 11.30 x

I’m also I’m overnight and my PC said it could be anytime think I’ll ask about it again when I go for my pre op next week xx

I still think 11.30 is early lol was hoping it would be later so I could leave after my son goes to school as im traveling from south Wales! God know what I’ll do if it’s earlier than that! X

I was an overnight case, my admission time was 7.30 and went to theatre at 8 but I was with the bmi x

im an overnight stay on the 19th june. they said i will get a phone call a few days before hand letting me know. im at preston first trust as well. really excited and nervous lol xxx

wow that is really early. god i hope if i have to go in that early they will get it over and done with morless straight away are the anticipation will be killing me lol xxx

yes that was with MYA I had dr c on tuesday ba and uplift admission time 9am op about 10 am

I was overnight and i had to be there at 10am went down to theater at 12

I have no idea who’s going to send my son to school in the morning if I have to be there that early this might be a bit of a problem! I thought as some people don’t have theirs ops till 6ish I could be one of the last. How soon before op do you get time? X

well my original time was 12noon but my pc called up asking me if i didn’t’ mind coming in earlier at the time i didn’t realise that me swapping my 9am time was helping someone take their child to school and i was only happy to help

I was overnight case and ws admitted at 8am and had op at 9.30am xx

So in short it could be anytime then! Lol. Guess I’ll just have to wait a couple of weeks to find out xx

yes amyk84 it could be anytime ….if your having it with mr c he doesn’t waste his time he’s very prompt

I’m havin Mr Traynor for a re op hun. Last time I was admitted at 8:30am and didn’t go to theatre til nearly midday but to be honest the morning flew by anyway x
