What to ask?!

Do you ladies have any tips on things to ask at both your initial consultation and the consultation with the surgeon. I just know I’m gonna totally be rubbish because I’m so excited that I’ll forget everything i wanted to know so anything you can think of would be appreciated

For the surgical consultation the most helpful thing I found was to take pics of what size I wanted to be, it was much easier than explaining what I wanted and reassured me that I had had the right size chosen for me.

Also consider that there are different types of implants, they don’t tend to go over it too much at the consultation, so something to be aware of if you think you might want to find out a bit more from them

Type of implants available

What placement he suggests and why

Sizes he recommends

Sports bra recommendation if any

Supplements you can take to speed recovery

How long you’ll need off to recover

When you can start exercising

What you can and can’t do while recovering

About the surgery itself

What you need to take to the op with you

Anything else you can think of x
