what to do after op?

ive lost my after op tips . im a week op. do i have to massage them or anything ??xxx

I was told not to do anything Hun other than sit up right dont shower till i see the nurse and wear a bra! Lol xx

ones already dropping other one rock hard looked on youtube technique of sotening it ! hpe it works . i was worried was cc but nurse saw it today she said they was normal x
