    hi babe ,
i can only speak for my self, but i am very pleased with my progress, and i understand where your coming from :- stiff, swollen, pain, sleeping sitting up, irritated by the dressings.tired from disturbed sleep !!!!!!!

But it really does seem to pick by the 4th day. everyday after that you see some improvement .

i had mine done on the 6th of may and can honestly say by day five i noticed they had softened a bit and have been ever since.

i drank loads of water, rested when i felt tired, walked when i felt restless and took paracetomol or ibuprofen when i felt uncomfortable.

Fluffing is somthing i have yet to experience i think , a bit later on when all the muscles have relaxed and healing is done.

It all seems to drag at first but soon you will be looking back like you were in some sort of crazy dream .
    Happy healing xxxx

Fluffing takes a good few months and there’s nothing that can make it go faster unfortunately u just have to be patient and look after ur boobs properly by wearing right bra and not doing anything to strenuous, I had my op 5 months ago and they only softened enough to give me a good cleavage after month 4 xxx

Hey i think you have to wait til your boobs drop, Whenever you drop, your muscles let go of the implant in order for the implant to fall into it’s pocket. To fluff means that your tissue allows the implant to spread out to it’s fullest. This all takes some time so patience is of the utmost importance. Hope this explains it xxxx
