What to do when tape comes off?

I was wondering what to do to when i take off the little tape on my incision. Suppose to take it off today? Help!!

I just took mine off and left it until i had a shower the next morning, i did ask and thay said not to moisturise it or put any sort of cream on them, just to let nature do its thing x x x

They told me I can have a shower on day 10, she didn’t mention taking the strips off but I assume I can x

I went back 6 days post op to have my bandages removedc then the nurse told me that i could remove the steri strips 4 days after then i can shower, so that would be your ten days hun x x x

Thanks alet.. I just took mine off today. So we dont have to clean it or anything? Do we cover it when taking a shower or how exactly?

i went for y post op appointment ystaday n she put steri strips on n sed i can have a shower now 7 days post op but to dry the strips after on low heat on hair dryer and to then remove in 4 days n thats it x

No you don’t have to clean it, just shower as normal, but don’t rub to hard and pat dry x x x
