The nurse will go through lots of information with you related to your procedure,you will be given pre and post operative instruction,an emergency nurses number on a little yellow card,I had bloods taken but not everyone does,mine was open rhinoplasty,I also had swabs done for MRSA,I was weighed and my height was measured,blood pressure was taken,I could ring within 5 days to check on the tests which I did, but the nurse said she would only contact me if there was an issue,signed a consent form for them to contact my GP,I was given a brochure re the hospital where I would be having my procedure too,I did’nt have any questions as the nurse answered them all before I asked them during the appointment.xxx
