Hey chick, be prepared to wait a bit before your procedure. Nurses will keep checking on you. Bring a phone charger & throat sweets (for after surgery)

I had a friend with me so we just chatted away while waiting.

First thing done was a quick pregnancy test.

Catheter (sp?) went in super quick, hardly noticed it at all.

Surgeon came in and drew all over chest 🙂 We talked about the size & the operation itself.

Going up to surgery was a little nerve-racking but had a giggle with the team as I went under … Then hello boobs! 🙂 🙂 🙂

Was super hungry & thirsty after I woke up & had to send my friend out for throat sweets

    Expect fear and excitement!
The staff are great at making you feel as at ease as possible. Also to be honest it’s all.over so quickly them suddenly BAM boobs!!

Expect some waiting around, you’ll meet the nurse, anaesthetist, surgeon etc whilst you’re waiting.

I was expecting pain when I woke up from the op, but what I didn’t expect was sickness! I reacted badly to the anesthetic so had nausea and vomiting all day in during the night until the early hours of the next day. On the bright side there was no pain!

They’ll take anytime sample, check blood pressure, height and weight x
