What to have ready before the big day?!

Ok, i’ve just booked my surgery – 11th July, i have my consultation and pre op next month so i’m sure the surgeon, nurse and my PC will tell me what i need to get before surgery then but i’m far too excited and impatient to wait!
So i just want to know what do i need to get/buy? what type of bra’s? Do i need to do anything to my boobs to prep them before? I know i’ve got ages but i’d like to be organised 🙂 xx

My surgery dates the day after yours! How exciting. I’ve been using Bio oil on my breasts, in the morning and in the evening. I will do this right until surgery day 🙂 x

@amber18 is that to prevent stretch marks from happening? and which surgeon are you going with and cc’s are you getting? x

It is yeah 🙂 my surgeon is Dr Traynor and I’m getting 425cc HP overs, nervous but excited. Who is your surgeon? X

@amber18 sorry, only just saw this. i’m having Dr Mounir 350cc HP unders, i’m hoping to be a D cup afterwards x

I’m booked in on the 13th July with traynor in Preston I’m having 400/425 hp overs , I’ve stopped my pill and I’m putting palmers cocoa butter stretch mark cream on 3 times a day going to start sports bra shopping soon can’t wait 🙂

@hayley41 I’m the day before you with Dr Traynor 🙂 I’m also having overs, aiming for 425cc but he will see on the day. I’m stopping my pill next week as the nurse said a month before and 2 weeks after. I’m using the palmer cocoa stretch mark cream 3 times a day as well! Just put some on actually ? awkward having to nip the loo at work to moisture my boobies but anything to prevent stretch marks. Not long till our op hun x

I know I only met him today he was so lovely, I couldn’t not book, need to cancel my app with transform now, whoops! I just stopped it because I wasn’t sure , I don’t even know when I’m having my pre op so thought it was better to be organised , I thought it was awkward today when I saw traynor with greasy boobs! I’ve got stretch marks already because I have a son but there not bad at all, I’m worried I’ve chosen overs and should have gone under, but he said I can have either but there’s just no need , times going to fly

@amber18 yeah the first trust hospital, are you both going home after your op? My nurse advised i booked a hotel then go back home the next day after the op in case i was to take a bad turn, but i’m not too sure yet.. x

How far away do you live from the hospital? I only live an hour and 15 mins away and my nurse said it was fine to go home after the op. It’s whatever you feel more comfortable doing really 🙂 I just would feel better at home x

Three hours away.. so i should probably get a hotel just to be on the safe side although i know i’m in good hands x

I would hun, they advise only an hour away is safe to drive home after the op x
