what to take to hosp for over night stay?

Does anyone no what I need to take with me. And do I need to take my V pillow? X

Id take your v-pillow with you yes because you have to sleep sitting up so it helps to stop you getting a stiff neck.

– Take things to keep you amused – magazines,books,i-pod,laptop,dvds (they do have a tv in your room).

– PJS- make sure they are loose fitting or front fastening if possible (you cant lift your arms up easily to put anything on).

– Make up wipes, toothbrush, toothpaste, other toiletries you may need.

– Hair band (without metal!) you have to tie your hair up and cant have anything metal.

– Snacks. (they do give you dinner, breakfast but just incase)

– clothes to travel home in again comfy and front fastening maybe a tracksuit.(but tbh you may just want to go in your pjs lol)
