I’m just wondering what to take with me to the hospital.
I’m only a day case patient and then staying in a nearby hotel overnight.

When do I need sports bras for? Do I have to wear one over my strapping? Can anyone suggest the best sports bra to buy? How do I know what size to buy for the first few days if I haven’t been measured?

    Thanks xx

    Hey Lisa.
You don’t need much for a day case. I didn’t have strapping so don’t know about having to wear a bra but it can always just be safe to take it with you. A dressing gown, slippers, some magazines, hair tied up. Jogging bottoms, front fasten top and a front fasten hoody to leave in.
I had my V pillow in the car and and square pillow to take to the hotel. And any usual toiletries you’d take.
I bought Macom’s signature bras. You only have to know your back size, so the usual size you would wear in a bra. They are really comfy and supportive and front fastening.
Hope this helps. Whens your surgery? x
