So I am planning to have a lift and augmentation in January.
I really don’t want my two daughters ( age 5 an 8) to know straight away.
Any suggestions what I can tell them I have had done?!

Im not planning on saying too much to my kids. Was thinking to just say I’ve hurt my back so I can’t pick them up but my op is Nov 25, and if I have to come home with drains, that won’t work

Perhaps tell them you are having something done to your shoulders until you are ready to let them know?!
I’m on day 7 of post surgery and the pain is now a 3 out of 10 as still tender but can move about as normal now. So its only really the first few days when you need help lifting up because your chest is so heavy for that time.

If you are having any tightening or uplift on your boobs you will have drains but when you have these procedures the chances are you will be stopping overnight and they remove the drains the following morning- as they have to monitor over night and the next morning how much blood has drained since the op.

Hope this helps ladies. You wont regret your decision!

Hey, I don’t have kids but just commenting on the drains comment. I am 11 dpo and I had an uplift as well as implants with Dr Anna De Leo… I was expecting drains but I had none so I don’t think everyone needs them??

Reassure your daughters that your love for them remains unchanged, regardless of any physical changes. https://wordlewebsite.com
