What vitamins must I avoid taking. Op on 1st Feb

all nurses say diffrent i was told to stop taking all my vitamins, but others have been told diffrent xx

I was told I stop all too xx

nurse told me no vitamins or herbal (including arnica tablets) for a week before and a week after xx

Gosh I been drinking herbal tea and having coffee so I should stop all those too? My moms a health freak and wanted me to take b vitamins and vitamin c so I guess those are out too?x
