IF YOU ENDED UP A 32E THEY DONT ACTUALLY LOOK THAT BIG!! MINE ONLY LOOK A SMALL D IN CLOTHES!! IMPLANTS ALWAYS LOOK SMALLER THAN THE REAL THING!! WOULD YOU LIKE TO SEE MY PICS, I CUD EMAIL YOU THEM SO YOU CAN SEE WHAT MINE LOOK LIKE IN CLOTHES!! AS I HAVE TAKEN A PIC OF ME READY FOR A NIGHT OUT AND THEY LOOK SMALL! Hi, I’m 5ft 5 and a size 8. I had 380cc partially under the muscle 3 weeks ago and I’m filling a 34DD bra, I was initially 34A. I had the option of 340cc 380cc and 410cc and opted for 380cc as I felt they’d still look natural but get noticed. The 410cc would have given the rounded bit at the top which I’m not personally that keen on. I’d say trust your surgeon, he’s listened to what you want and knows what he needs to do to achieve it and I’m sure he’ll do a great job of it!!

Well I have a tiny bone structure and 410cc seems to be around a D for me so maybe E for you probably bigger x

omg, after reading all of that i am wondering what size i will be, im having 460 overs in march, i am 5.5, 9 stone and i am now a 34a, i do have a big bone structure as in shoulders and ribs, what do you reckon, i mean all i want to be is a dd.

Hi i am also at Highgate tomorrow, pm with Dr Malik. I am not yet nervous but am sure i will be tomorrow, how about you? I am little confused over size to go for. I am 5’8″, 9st 10lbs a small a with small empty puppy ears (post kids) and hoping to get natural look of a d cup. Mr Malik said 340 unders but having read form and discussions on it this semms quite small so hav called clinic and they are going to hav 380s there as well. Any advic would be appreciated please. Ok now i have typed this am starting to get butterflies about tomorrow!!!
