WHATS ARNICA… WHAT DOES IT DO????

Hi Ladies, just wondering what arnica is, In what form are you using it in… Cheers..xxx

I’ve been told to take it a week before and 3 days after in tablet form. Either from boots or Holland and Barrett and it’s to reduce bruising xx

It’s a homeopathic remedy. I took it before and after my abdominoplasty surgery. It’s great for bruising, swelling, reducing scarring and redness. Generally good for healing. I’ll be having some around the time of my BA. xx

Geez, wish I was told about it, I’ve had probably the worst bruising I’ve seen 😞😡
