WHATS BEST TO USE ON SCARS????

hi,just wondering what cream is best to put on scars?

ive been told to use Bio Oil, got a big bottle to start using after my 4th week post op. If anyone has any other suggestions i would love to know!

ive been recommended bio-oil aswell but was told not to use anything until after my 6 week check up? xx

I had scars from piercings and i used the scar healing serun by the same company that makes cocoa butter. called palmers xxx

OMG,are’nt u suppose to use anything on the scars before 6 weeks?i used bio oil yesterday and i am only 2 and a half weeks.so bio oil is recommended by everybody.thanks girls

im not sure when you can start using directly on your scars.

Im going to start using it on my boobs around 4 weeks post op because i have a few tiny stretch marks. Il leave my scars until ive been for my 6 wk post op appointment.

Yep Bio Oil seems to be the no.1 for scars/stretch marks.
Leave the wound until about 6wks post op after you see surgeon again or you could risk infection hun.
You can put it on your boobs though to help make the skin supple and prevent or reduce stretch marks, just avoid the scar area.
