whats one up from 410? 34a/b to DD/E??

hi guys, ive had 410s in my mind for past few days now, im wanting to go from 34a/b to an DD/E has anyone gone from these sizes and what size did you have? xx

next ups 460’s, i had 410’s from 32A now 32D/DD/30E xx

That should be an ok size Hun to take you to a DD at least, the next size up is 460 unless you go with responsives then I think it’s 420 X

Next size up is 460, that is the size i was offered. Felt it would be too big for me, so i asked for 380’s. Have gone from 34B and now wear a 34E x

I was a 34b before I had 460 unders hun..Im in a DD sports bra now (9 days post op) but I think I will measure bigger in normal bras once I’ve softened/dropped chick.xx

what does it depend on for the biggest size they’ll offer?

whats the difference between overs and unders, if i get 410 unders will they be smaller than 410 overs? so would 460 unders be better?

ahhh things seem to be coming to light abit now hahah. is the only difference between unders and over that unders are more of a natural look?

I think it depends on the width of your breasts and how much tissue you have…also, they wont offer you a size which will look too big on your frame. They say that you do lose a % of volume when you go under the muscle so I would go with 460’s if I were you..they also have less chance of rippling and sagging later on. They are a little more painful and take longer to heal though…I thought the trade-off would have been worth it, had I been given the choice but didnt have enough boobage!xx

did you go under kezza? sorry if ive asked before ive jus spoke to so many different girlies i forget lol. i think i deffs want under. jus debating on 410s or 460s

Hi im a 34b ive been offered 460s to take me to a dd maybe e.

Ive asked for them to look natural and my surgeon said she prefers the natural look and wouldnt offer my that size if shes thought it would be too big.

I also think that if you have a bigger back size you need a bigger implant then some-one with a smaller back size to achieve the same cup size. x

Had 32D boobies, went for 410cc high profile overs and was measured as a 32F now.
