They give you painkillers there hun along with antibiotics & theres plenty there! I took myself off painkillers day 2 I still have most of mine left lol the hospital will advise you what to get if you need anymore they say paracetamol and aspirin I think xx

not aspirin, as it thins your blood. the hospital will give you around a weeks worth of painkillers, plus some paracetamol, if you need more, you should phone the nurses after xx
