What's the best shower gel to use when your first allowed a shower?

My nurse said I can start having a shower from tomorrow yay!but said I need to use un perfumed shower gel? What has everyone used? X

I was told simple cos its unperfumed so I have got some x

I got some Sanex Zero xx
