Whats the difference between fake and natural looking implants?

Keep seeing people referring to their choice of implant as either fake looking or natural looking – intrigued to know what the difference is! Anyone have any pics they can share so I can compare lol?

Why would anyone want a fake look anyway? Honestly, this isn’t a nasty comment – I just genuinely want to know. Do they look better? Does all this have something to do with the term “unders” and “overs”?

Hi Tash, some girls prefer the very big ‘fake’ look, i’ve known many who aren’t happy as they think theirs look too natural so noone knows they’ve had them done.

I have what i consider natural looking, at least hopefully they will be when they are all settled etc.

Size has a lot to do with it but also placement ie under or over.

hi hunn, the ‘fake’ look is more stuck on/circular and can be out of proportion, like jordan, pamela anderson or the kinds of boobs you see on porn stars and glamour models. this is better achieved with overs using bigger, firmer implants. these implants tend to sit higher too, like you have a push up bra on all the time, even when your not wearing a bra. The natural look mimics naturally big breasts so there is a natural slope to the breast and more fullness towards the bottom. the breasts look less firm or stuck on and more natural. if you don’t have a lot of breast tissue to begin with this is best achieved through unders, i was a C cup so had breast tissue to begin with therefore i could get a more natural look with overs. also girls after a more natural look can get implants with a softer gel, that’s more like natural breast tissue. I chose to do this with the responsive implants. everyone has difference preferances and some girls go for the fake look because they prefer the way fake breasts look to natural ones and vice versa. hope that helps xx

so excited for you sandy i feels like ages ago when i was pre op! thats another thing in forgot to mention, the higher the profile of the implant the more they stick out from the side which can make them look more fake. xx

I can’t really speak for why girls go for the fake look, but from my own personal experience I’ve gone for the natural look because I wanted to look natural! I didn’t want anyone to know, I just wanted to look in proportion to my body.

With over and unders, many girls with no less than 2cm of breast tissue have implants placed under the muscle as this reduces a common complication afterwards of rippling, because there isn’t a lot of breast tissue to disguise the implant. Unders are considered to project more of a natural look. Anything over 2cm of breast tissue are placed over the muscle as there is a lot of tissue to support the implant. However, I’ve know girls to have implants under the muscle regardless of how much breast tissue they have which confuses me! I had overs but think I would have preferred unders because there is a lot less complications and risks with capsular contraction, rippling, double bubble etc. A natural look can be still be achieved from overs or unders, it just depends on the type of implant, low profile, moderate high porfile, high profile and the SIZE. The bigger the btr bby lol xx but on a serious note every1 is different. Sum find fake looking boobs rly unattractive but I find them rly sexy. Although I am having unders cuz I’ve almost no breast tissue atall I’m so small. Its like boyfriends! Ur m8 might fancy a ginger guy who you’d never touch cuz u like dark hair haha xx

I had the fake look as like sandy, i find they look really sexy and glam. Everyones different but i know if someone thought my boobies were natural id be devastated lol

Sometimes Natural implants are also referring anatomical(teardrop) shaped implants themselves, rather than round implants.

I’m getting the anatomicals with Mr Adamo (They’re his speciality as are natural looking breasts altogether) as I want to to look as natural as possible so noone knows and dont want any roundness on top at all x

Oh my why would some one want there back side to look that big its huge and looks terrible!! I thought my breasts would be a bit more stuck on looking but they look very natural I had 525cc taking mefrom a 34a-34E/F XX

Oh no way, her’s it massive lol… don’t get me wrong I miss my pre-baby butt as it was bigger, firmer and more pert but I think she’s turned what was a nice curvy slim body into a fat one haha x
