Whats the difference between High and Low profiles?

What impact does it have on how the boobs look?

I dont even know what Im having.

Also.. what is fluffing? is it a good thing?x

I was told that low profiles give a more natural shape…so they will look fuller…

High profiles will give you projection which is not the look I wanted…so I am going for low profiles..

Youu can have somewhere in the middle as well for best of both worlds, thats what my ps suggested! x
