whats the difference between overs and unders?

i have just had my bandages off wed and they look much better you can see the shape now so i will e-mail them to u all 2moro if thats ok
you will still see the scars (which look really neat) but my nurse told me they will drop right into the crease so they wont be seen, so they still have alot of dropping to do
and millyd i couldnt be happier with them really try not to get caught up on size cause when you read these forums 300cc or 340cc sometimes sounds tiny but its really not when you think about sizes and read too much you drive yourself crazy like i did lol
i ordered 300cc and 340cc and mr singh decided for me on the day and he def made the right choice 4 me xx

i was told as i didnt have enough breast tissue and because of size i wanted i would need unders to keep them looking natural xx

Unders i have heard are a bit more uncomfortable and tighter when you woke up as they do have to pull the muscle down over the implant but i had overs so i cudnt really say, all i know is there was barely any pain atal for me i was up and about after a few hours. Unders as they have the layer of muscle over the implant cover the implant slightly more than overs, some say overs is a less natural look but i had overs and they are sooooo natural and i was only a A small B cup. The surgeon sometimes doesnt decide until they are in surgery like mine did so i had to ask mr singh when i woke up what he had done xx

Hey, Ive been thinking about having a BA for a while but have only started looking into it in detail. I didn’t know about overs or unders either and i just wondered if it makes a diference to how they look or if they hurt more if you have unders? x

Hello, im going in on 13th jan, iv got my consultation on 7th jan, im a really small 34A an am not sure is im going to need overs or unders as i dont no the difference between the two. Can anyone give advice? Thankyou x

yeh had my consulation birmingham had my op highgate in london its so nice they really takecare of you get your own room also which you dont get with other places iv heard. Mr Singh did my op he really was great doesnt use drains so when I woke up just had a dressing over each cut which was nice as wasnt restricted. have you booked your op or just your consultation? try on as many sizes as you can there cause i only tried on 260cc and then changed my mind but never got to see the actual implants so was a bit iffy about the size turned out really good but you just wanna have your mind at ease xx

well implants d look smaller than a natural d (dont no why) there was a girl on here who was an AA and had 380cc which is the largest the surgeon would offer her and she got to a DD/E. I had 300cc as i also wanted to be natural. I found mya so good i went to transformb before but the people at mya are so much more helpful there is also longer aftercare with mya you get5 years where transform is 3. i was really suprised with how little pain there was i was up and about after a few hours it more uncomfortable really just tight andnumb! lol unders can be a bit more painful though so iv heard but not much. Your surgeon will helpyou choose your size for you that looks natural but as big do you know what surgeon you have? good luck with it all your in good hands :)xx

well i am very flat chested, not even an A!! which is why i have been dying to get them done for years! i just want them as natural as possible, but as big as possible. I would love to be a D but dont think il be able to so im thinking a C, im not sure? how did you find MYA? and the after pain? x

unders is when the implant is placed under the muscle this is done when you havn got much breast tissue, some people say it helps to hold the implant in place better for longer but it can also be a bit more uncomfortable after surgery. Overs is when they are put over the muscle but under the fat your surgeon may decide on the day ( when in surgery mr singh did with me). You can loose a small amount of size of the implant with unders however being an A cup they usually do unders to cover the implant better. However it does differ with everyone im a large a small b and got overs so it really dpends hope thishelps! xxx
