Whats the difference between unders and overs??

Hi, I was woundering what the difference is between unders and overs and what look they give?

with the unders the implants go under the muscle and it gives a more natural lk they tend to sag a lot later, there is also a lesser chance of the capsular contraction, but they do this if you have very small breasts or very little tissue, otherwise they go over the muscle under the tissue.the under muscle is alot more painfull, so iv been told! hope that helps xx

Yeah, under is when they put it under your muscle. i am probably guna hav 2 hav unders cuz i have got very little breast tissue and im quite skinny. xxx

I’ve had 2 BA’s. The first I was 32a and a size 6, 5’7′ very slim build. I had 340cc under the muscle (32cs after)as I just had no room for overs. You can have women with a small bust who have overs but it all depends how much skin/tissue there is to work with. I found my 1st BA very painful afterwards for a week as though my muscle had really been pulled apart and it hurt when I breathed in. My 2nd BA 10 years later (still same stats)I had 700cc implants again under the muscle however the pain this time was far less and my recovery was quicker. I was allowed this size as the 340cc’s had stretched my muscle/tissue etc over the years I guess this is why it was not as painful . I have found in my case having the implant under the muscle kept my boobs firmer for longer particularly when I went to the gym and worked out my chest muscles. After 1st BA my implants were pert for years. 2nd BA they are pert but not as high because of the weight 700g in each boob. Its a good job they are under the muscle helping to keep them up along with a good bra!!!!!
In terms of look with both BA’s i’ve always gone for the biggest implant that can be fitted in so yes at first my boobs both times were very stretched to capacity and round looking but after a few months they softened up and settled down nice and natural looking . Emmaxx
