Whats with the stopping pill 2 weeks b4 po???

Hi there ive got my consultation 1 week 4 days time with mr admano..Hoping all be ok to have Ba,

Anyway read on here you have to stop pill 2 weeks b4..why is this??

pill must effect ur boobs size etc etc xx

Taking the pill can increase the risk of Deep Vein Thrombosis. They advise in the patient info to stop taking it 2 weeks before surgery. When i went for my pre op with the nurse she said that all i need to do is not take it on the morning of surgery but take it after instead. Hope that helps ladies Xxx
