when can i go back to work????

I want my BA but I am self employed and have a shop so no heavy lifting etc but was wondering if going back to work after 4 days is possible! What does everyone think????

I went back to work on day 9 as just do office work, so no lifting.
Depends if you have overs or unders, as unders can be more painful and have a longer recovery time. x

katie i went back on day 8 to shop work with heavy deliveries to move. i was very worried an even tho i tried to b careful its impossible to avoid altogether an i could really feel it …. i think 4 days is possible but not recommended unless u can pretty much stand or sit behind your till an not do very much else x x
