when can i lie flat in bed x

J was wondering this too for when I have my op

omg when can we lie flat ! i hate sleeeping on my back, i wake up every night around 2oclock with a numb bum and i wake up with cricked kneck! i miss side sleeping

I slept on my back at about 1 week post op and then woke up on my side at 10days xx

I’ve been sleeping on my back from about day 5, The nurse told they advise you to sleep upright for comfort and not for the sake of your new boobies… I’m 3 weeks post op now and wake up practically on my front just with my arm in front of my boobies x x x

Omg I’m 4 weeks post op n still can’t sleep on my side which I miss so much so been on my back for 4 weeks grr lool x x x

thanx girls i was told u have to sleep upright to help the swellin but seen nurse today for my 1 week check and she said the swellings gone so think ill lie flat lol xx
