when can i massage??

how long till massage boobs had done yesterday…what to use and how to do it??

also swelling remedies?? xx

Thanks Leigh for this! Cb – I had mine done yesterday too. I don’t know about you, but my boobs are far too tender (and bandaged up) to do any massaging yet. I may start after bandages come off when I see post op nurse in a week. I’m so worried about capsular contraction. xx

im very worries about capsular contraction too, how has your first day s so been niki? x

god yeah mine are swollen sore i cant really get up or do anything

right mess keep getting jabbing pains ..i have no bandage just plasters under mine.

Hi Leigh – first day is going well. I’m in more discomfort than at hospital but I think I was still drugged up from anaesthetic! I’m taking one dydramol every few hours. Pain under right armpit, tightness but that’s all really. How about you? Hope it went well. x

Hi girls I’m 9 days post op and have just started lightly massaging at the top and sides I wouldn’t even try it before now as nurse said don’t and they hurt too much!! And don’t worry my Boob felt so tight I worried about capsular contraction another nurse said if you had it you would know its like your body squeezing the life out of your implant and your boobs feel a lot harder!! X
