When can i sleep on my back?

I am 3 weeks post op today and i can not stand sleeping upright or slightly upright any more… when have people started to sleep flat again or what you been advised?

Hi, i’m 3 1/2 weeks post op and have been sleeping on my back since my 7 day check as the nurse said it was ok to do so. Have even been lying on my front and side and it feels fine!!

Hi, I had my ba in August & i started sleeping on my back after a week! x

I was told that I only need to be upright for a week or so.
