When can I sleep on my Side????

i’m three weeks post op tommorrow and have slept on my side for three nights not by choice just end up like it!!! if it feels comfortable to sleep on your side you should be fine x

Hey hun, I’m 4 weeks post op on Friday, I think I’ve been sleeping (comfortably!) on my side for about a week now, I really can’t help it. I was quite good and slept on my back upright for the first 3 weeks, now it gives me bad back ache and I can’t get any sleep. So I turn slightly, with one V-Pillow underneath me, and one sort of between my boobs!! Comfy as you like Lol

Haha, you should see my bed seriously.. I think I have 6 normal pillows and 2 V-Pillows.. like sleeping on clouds!! Well, unless my boyfriend stays over then he pinches 2 and half the bed space!! Grr x
