i have had a uplift without implants 3 days ago. i cannot sleep on my back! after 2 sleepless nights last night i wrapped a really soft dressing gown around my boobs and laid slightly on my side. the dressing gown padded them really well no pain or anything. i had the best night sleep!

not sure if its different if you have implants but my after care advice said to sleep on back for minimum 48 hours

I did sleep on my side after 6 weeks or basically as soon as you feel comfortable.

i slept with just 1 pillow and on my side (how i always normally sleep) last night at 10 days post op and had a great nights sleep! i wasn’t sure if im suppose to? i read on the post op info from mya to sleep with shoulders raised for the 1st week. i think if you are comfy then its ok? i’ve got my stitches out with the nurse today so i’ll check with her. x

I found if you sleep laid down with a v-pillow you can turn your body really slightly on your side and be comfortable! I’m 1 week post op and realllllllly miss sleeping on my tummy!! xx
