    only u can decide that hun, just start off with a speed walk gradually getting faster and if theres any discomfort slow down. you might make it to a run comfortably :) im 5 days po and already started doing sit ups. i just started off slowly n stopped when id done a few cause didnt wanna push my luck! if u feel ready then go for it, just make sure you wear a good sports bra xx

    Ive ran to and from my car and i hold my boobs when i run haha! they hurt a little…think i’ll wait till after my 6 week check xx

    I returned to the gym 10 days po (low impact stuff and no running) I’m now just over 2 weeks po and can’t bear the thought of waiting 6 weeks to run =/

    Did anyone notice a difference to their boobs when they returned to exercise? I swear since I started excerising, not only to I have abit more feeling back but they are starting to feel sooooo sensitive…. unless this is just a coincidence!? Has anyone else had this? xx

    I’m back to running 10k but it took me three months! My boobs still ache afterwards and feel alot firmer for a few hours afterwards x
