I was told not to go back to the gym until my 6 week po appointment hun and when i went last week the nurse said to start taking it easy and wait until my check up with the surgeon which is on 11th Jan before i start using weights, boxing or annything too high intensity incase i over strain. You will still be healing from the inside hun so if i was you i would stick to brisk walks and wait for the all clear from the nurse and your surgeon before youup your work outs as you dont want to damage your new additions. Im 7 weeks po and started back at the gym last week doing walks on the treadmill on an incline and low impacct areobics and sum leg and bum tonning. Im missing running and boxing and weights and climbing but just dont want to do any ham to my boobies as still early days xx
