When can I take the stockings off- 1 day PO?

Same as above girlies, I’ve still got them on but they keep cutting in and are so uncomfortable! if anyone could please let me know that would be really fab!

I took mine off after the 2nd night. The nurse told me three days but the stockings were killing my legs and making my heels hurt! Owchie! I’ve been fine since I took them off, it hasn’t caused any damage takin them off early, think its more precaution, just make sure you stay mobile xx

the stockings are to help circulation in the legs hun you dont have to keep them on just stay mobile go for a wonder around the room every hour or so just keep the blood flow going babe xxx

Thanks hun! I’ll try and keep them on a bit longer, they just keep cutting in behind my knee and feels too tight! But just keep pulling them up a bit and then can’t feel them! Will keep them on at least till tomorrow, try a bit longer! Ha! thanks again hun! xx

jess i took mine off before i left this morning 😮 didnt know you had to keep them on, they never told me anything you know. i was thinkin about putting them on while i sleep. what you recon? xx

my nurse told me not before I get in my front door, i was over night stay and I havent had any probs.x

I kept mine on for about 4 days ..but mine were really comfy lol xxx

I wasn’t told anything either Kim! I’ve still got mine on, don’t think it’s worth having them on during the day but I reckon it’s a good idea at night! I don’t want to take mine off, don’t think I could get them on again! Haha! xx

oh damn it, il put mine back on then, annoyed they didnt tell me nothin, just said you can go now, had to carry my own case. good job ive got you lot on here, this is where ive had all my info from not them. xx

Yeah I wasn’t told much either, I’ve been relying on Dan with what tablets to take haha, but I think that’s cos I was half asleep when the nurse told me! Just glad that I can pop any question on here and someone helps straight away! My stockings were cutting in behind my knee, think they are a bit long so have pulled them down about so they aren’t behind my knee anymore! Hope that are still okay where I’ve put them! Lol xx
