When can I wear normal bras & when do overs soften?

Hey girls,
I wondered when can we change out of the sports bra and how long until you can squeeze your boobs together? I’m 2 weeks post op and still seem hard xx

I believe you have to wait until your 6 weeks check at least before you can wear normal bras. Check this with the nurse though hun. I had overs and they just got softer as time passed I noticed a big difference 3 months on from op x

Hi El I was given thumbs up to start wearing bras at 8 weeks and you have to ween your self in a few hours at a time and defo still wear a soft/ sports bra for bed x

The nurse said start using boi oil around 6 weeks too. Do you mind if I add you, I just had overs and they are so hard and cone like xx
