when can my partner and i have a normal sex life again?

I’m having my op at Highgate on 13th October…can’t wait!

Spoke to nurse about physical activity and she told me that it depends on individuals so just wanted to know how long has everyone waited before they feel comfortable having sex again without any pain.

I had very gentle sex 6 days afterwards but it was very very gentle and not really worth having to be honest but im now 6 weeks post op tomo and my sex life is almost back to normal certain positions are worse than others where i still feel i need to hold on to my boobs just incase but just see how u go and dont rush it xx

My surgeon Mr Adamo just came in to do my discharge and I asked uim. He said if you have overs you must leave it at least 2 weeks where as with unders at least 7-10 days then take it gentle first nothing where you must pay flat or let them hang shall we say nothing laying on your side and no pressure from the man onto sorry for details lol 😳

Try sitting on your guys lap on the edge of the bed or chair make him do the work hehe it works and no pain at all although i was still holding them just to be sure.

This is an old post but me and my boyfriend where laughing at peoples comments n here about sex after op. Id be so paranoid about ruining them if we had sex lol! he is getting impatient though and im 3 days post op haha!
