When can tape come off??

Hi Girls, Im 4 days PO and just wondered do I wait till I see the nurse on Monday or do I take the tape of myself? I had op with Helena so if anyone can advise please?

You can take the tape off. Have a soak in the bath our use a hair dryer.

Yes, it reactivates the glue. Do it yourself as then you can control the pace its removed. Someone can hold the hair dryer, but I would strongly recommend you remove the tape.
