when can u wash u own hair

its driving me insane, my fella is crap at styling it lol, look like jus woke up, really want to style it meselfwill i be ok jus 2 put me hands over me head slightly, i cant cope like dis 4 6wks xxx

I was washing mine over the bath at about 7 or 8 days PO. Was a bit of a struggle to dry and style it but I got there eventually! Xx

No problem I’m 2 weeks today and I can get my arms over my head Hun, I’m just careful not to stretch too much. The nurse said just to start doing it slowly and work up to a full stretch at my 1 week check! How you feeling at 4 days, hope your healing well xxx

oh dats gud news den im goin 4 my post op thurs, Yeh ive been suprised its been less painful dan thout but d itchin is drivin me crazy feels like sumthings crawling on me constantly unbarible at times. xxxx

Aw it will pass honestly! It was much less painful than I thought aswell! The only thing is that I feel back to normal now but still have to be careful what I do which is annoying and I can’t wait to go back to the gym! 4 weeks and counting xxx

I was in shower after my 1 week check – hubby washed my hair and me body – I was holding onto me babylons for dear life as thought they were gonna fall off X

I didn’t realise you weren’t supposed to lift your arms over your head for 6 weeks! I wash and blowdry my hair every morning, will i be ok after 2 weeks? Cannot rock up at work like worzel gummidge not having had a wash! Sh*t, hadn’t planned for this one like x
