This has probably been on here before and ive probably been told about 10 times but i obviously dont listen lol.
Ive been doing between half hour and hour on an excercise bike and around 200 sit ups a night, so not like weights etc but know i can after BA and just wondered how long i have to leave it before i can resume it again as i dont want to get out of the habit altogether as its taken me almost 2 years since my little girl to get back into it all lol xxxx Thank you all millions! xxxx
i’m exactly the same as you, i was going to the gym 5 times a week before my op and i’m going out of my mind now that i can’t do anything. I’m 4 days post op and i tried just going on the upright bike very gently on number 4 this morning for 35 minutes and clocked up 200 cals, i felt ok , didnt have raised blood pressure and kept taking a break. My boobs werent moving at all and i was really well supported in my macom. i’ve had an uplift aswell.
Surely this is ok isn’t it? xx
that’s exactly what I’m planning on doing. I go to the gym 5 times a week too, so am planning on cycling really gently and also going for long walks. I think lower ab work (so leg raises and stuff) would be ok as well, and I’m planning on doing squats and poss lunges with support xxx
me too. i’m thinking of writing myself a routine of lunges, squats and lower body stuff and just spendng longer doing my cardio really gently, i don’t believe that we can’t do anything at all. no way am i turning into a fatty for 6 weeks, it’s taken ages to get my fitness to where it is x
mm leg raises, didnt even think of them!! i think i may leave it as long as poss (so prob a week) then do what you ladies are doing/goingto do. as long as we dont over-do it surely we should be fine, and i dont know about you two but im mainly working on the legs, bum and tum, so only lower body, so hoping that it wont affect the booby area anyway
lol xxx
I just boight a slendertone for my abs and the slendertone shorts for bum and thighs, going to cane it for a few weeks! cheating i know xx 😆
i just looked into slendertone- looks great! I quite fancy getting the shorts and abs ones as well. Though there seem to be different kinds… any recommendations? xxx
ive got a slendertone for me abs, but need to change the batteries lol they run out really quick! but as far as i can see they are good, when i use it can see my muscles tensing anyway if that helps lol xxxxx
i’ve got the new slendertone plus for women and the shorts, apparently the new plus ones don’t run out like the old ones, it feels really good, whacked it up to level 90 for the first time, hubby just had his on for 2 hours on level 150 the crack pot!! x
