when can we stop wearing buttoned up tops?

hi everyone, just wondered when we can stop wearing button up tops and raise our arms above our heads? getting a bit eager to wear tee-shirts now especially as the weather looks a bit brighter xxx

Well i stopped wearing button and zip up tops after about 2weeks.. as thats when it didnt feel too bad to put my arms above my head xx

i never wore button up or zip tops, even when i left the hospital. The nurse helped me into a vest top by making me bend over and letting my arms drop down.
If you get the tops that have quite stretchy straps you will be fine and wont even need to lift your arms.

I left it around 3-4 days. It was quite painful though. Try it and stop if youre too stiff perhaps? xxxxxxxxxx

after aboutt 3/4 days i was able to and the nurse said u no ure body if u can u wont caue no harm… xxx maybe try to put a top on slightly more everyday or get somebody to help u then leave u – ull have to find a way to get it off xx
