when can you go braless for a few hours?

Want to go out on Saturday night even though I’ll only be 10 days post op as it’s a really good friends birthday. Gonna be really careful & not drink much as I’m really scared of people bumping into me so want to have my wits about me haha only problem is I have literally nothing I can wear that will hide my sports bras, I went out to the pub on sunday & it was hard enough finding something to wear then! & I know they say it’s better to have no bra rather than an underwired bra but don’t know if I should at 10 days post op? anyone done this? If I wear a tight dress then that will support them too a bit xxx

I think it will be ok for a few hours hun, not wearing one at 10 days will be much better then wearing an underwired bra at 10 days, defo dont do that! just make sure to put ur bra back on when u get home to go to sleep, i didnt wear one a few days ago in bed an even though im 4 weeks po i woke up an i had pains where they wernt supported an i had kinda layed on them! wasnt nice at all!! get some nipple daisies to cover ur nipples if they look pointy lol there a god send! xx

hey, I had same problem im 2 weeks po and i went to M&S and got there non wired Total support bras yesterday and some have thinner straps and lower cut so they dont show as much to wear in clothes when you need to theres soo many styles and there not too expensive tooo! xx

Thanks girls just been on the m&s website & none of them look very low cut which most of my clothes are (what a shlaggg! haha) Think I may have to resort to my nipple daisies instead haha xxx

From having my tape off (5days po) mr k told me it was ok to have no bra for a few hrs each day and I have done that every day since! Iv been out loads (and got very drunk even fell in my 6inch heels at 3 weeks po) bra free and mine are fab! Altho at 33 in giving up on the 6inch heels lol iv got my boobs now so no1 looks at my legs pmpl x x

Noo mayflame you can’t ever give up on high heels!! Think I’m definitely gonna go out braless on sat now, think it’ll make me feel fab something I’ve never been able to do before! xxx

I was with my friend and her 18year old daughters and friends they all had flats and I had heels and fell on my arse! So it made me feel slightly old lol! Enjoy ya night hun it feels good! Iv bought loads of them bandana boob tube thingis so I’m praying for sun! I will live in them hehe x

Hey hun. CK do soft cup bras which look quite low cut check them out if you can.. Also my surgeon Adamo is not too fussed whether you wear a bra post op or not so I am assuming a few hours is ok.
