When Can You Lie Down On Your Front??

in your experiences how long did you wait? xx

Personally I still cant lay on my front coz its to uncomfortable im 8 months post opp xx

aw really?? my mum has booked me in for a spa day at the beginning of next year was looking forward to my back massage!! xx

I lay on my front now but after a while it can bru comfortable. I use pillows tho as I like laying on my front. I’m 12 weeks po. Listen to your body. It tells you when the time is right. At least I hope that’s good advice!!! A massage should be ok by then imagine!!! sounds lovely x

they really should have like what they said on towie.. boob holes on massage beds! x

I don’t lay on my front anyway fortunately…..the worst thing for me was not being able to sunbathe properly on my front lol xx

it depends on how big your boobs r doesnt it? if theyre big its gonna be uncomfy, if theyre small-medium sized it wont be too bad xxx

I’m 3 months Post op and wake up on my front every morning, usually have loads of cushions under though. Not uncomfy at all. I had 300 overs

Im nearly 4 months po n I lay on my front Uzi g my v pillow. One side underneath my boobs n the other side above so my boobs r in the middle if u get me I had 340 under from flat so they r not overly big n fit in the middle of my pillow. Xx

Hi shellymarie,I am 8 weeks post op and have been laying on my front from about 6 weeks.I always used to sleep on my front so was worried how I’d sleep.but I am back to sleeping on my front,can wake up sometimes uncomfy but just go with how you feel honey xxx

Glad to hear some can cos I sleep on my front with lots pillows so hopefully after my overs in few weeks I will be able to as I struggle to sleep on my back….oh well at least ill have lovely boobies he he 😆 just no sleep xx
