When can you lye down flat?

I’m not sure if there is any set rules to when you can lye flat on your back but when did you post op girls start to?

The hospital told me a week Hun but I woke up last night near enough flat!! Lol xx

I started to lie flat at about 10 days maybe just a little longer x

Once you have had your week check up ask then When I had mine at 9 days she said from now on, so a week ish xx

Thanks girls, I physically couldn’t lye flat for the first id say 5 nights but im just dying to do so and completely forgot to ask my nurse at my check up lol xx

I lay flat first few nights not realising I wasn’t supposed to hope I haven’t ruined my boobs!!
