when can you sleep laid down after BA?

as above on my aftercare pack it says 48 hours post op but it dont seam right? Im 6 days po x

Have you seen your nurse one week check up ? X she will advise you x

normally feel comfortable after about 2 weeks a few of my mates have had boob jobs aswel as me and they all said 2 weeks … that was my first question when i came round today lol i am waking every hour and only sleeping 20mins at a time its horrid lol hope your doing well babe xxx

My post op info says 7 days, but I’m only sleeping semi propped up half the night because my back hurts! Is it because of the swelling? X

May flame I slept normal height after day 3 po as I couldn’t stand sleeping upright lol so I wouldn’t worry don’t really think it makes a huge difference x

Nurse said 48 hrs after! But I couldn’t anyway I was like a robot ha! I lowered my pillows last night cos bottom off my back/top of my ass is killing arrr lol I just wanna curl up on my side but I don’t wanna squash my boobs! Lol I might av a go tonight x x

Im still sleeping semi up 16 days po…it just feels better with the morning boob thing otherwise my chest feels heavier when I wake up….

I never slept upright, I slept flat from the day I got them! xxx

I’m worried about in the morn! I might giv it a go tonight is it ok to add u holly hotpants and alli? Thanks x

I’ve found that putting a couple of pillows under back of my knees really helped with the back whilst you’re sleeping on your back. I’m 3 weeks post op and still finding it uncomfortable to sleep on my side x
