I wana know this! im 23 days post op now and miss so much sleeping on my front. I have been on my side since week two and am slowly edging my way round. Hopefully not long, it will happen x

I think it all depends on the individual but I wouldn’t try until you’re at least 6 weeks post op. I tried after a few months but it wasn’t comfortable, even now my left boob doesn’t feel comfortable when I sleep on my front and I’m almost 7 months post op x

Oh I’ve slept on my front since 3 weeks, my Surgeon said to just sleep however I like!?! having said that I only have small implants so that could be why, I do put my head on two pillows so that prob takes some strain off, but I honestly find that they don’t get in the way at all. Xx
