when can you sneeze!!!?

Im 8 days post op and everytime i get in the middle of my sneezes i feel like my chest is going to explode and i have to stop them! its horrible!!!

Didnt think of this and i have never stopped a sneeze before, how do you do that? xx

with bloody hard work, honestly when your chest feels that tight u will stop it lol !!! Xx

haha oh gosh i think i am a bit naive about the pain thing and just not really thinking about it. xx

not had it yet, its in 12 days! eeek, never been so scared in my life, dont think i was this nervous in labour. did you have unders?

I stopped myself sneezing as well when u need to sneeze i putt my fingers to my nostrils n breathing out onto my fingers that stopped me I sometimes had to do this maybe 3 times to make sure it really went ha.

I’m now 3 wks post op with unders n I can sneeze just want to add that I haven’t had any pain n took it real easy to start with n now I’m doing everyday things.

Kd do u have help with ur little one or is he/she/they bigger now? xx

kd 2011 dont worry hun,lol,some people dont experience pain or tightening of the chest and some do,but the girls will tell you its worth it,lol,to have your new boobies,and it cant be that bad,or we wouldnt be here talking about it,xxx12 days will fly by,and you will have all the support you need right here,xxx

Ha will have to try that! No my little girl is 3 now and my partner has taken the week off work with me, for te first few days we will put her in nursery so I can just rest. What size did you have gnats? x x

What size are you now gnats? I have tried 340 and 380 in again and still can’t decide, I am also really flat x x

I’m was wearing a 34D sports bra n also have a 34DD which is little bit too big on the strapes but i altered them but its more comfy when my skin n nipples are sensitive. I’m 4 wks post op on tues so not ages to wait till I can get measured but I reckon about a D. Xx

That’s ok, I was out today n saw a ‘normal’ bra in the sale it was a 32D n it fits really nice, love it. Just thought I’d let ya know xx

Bet that felt amazing to just walk in and buy a nice bra, I can’t wait to buy bras that don’t have to make me look 2 sizes bigger and no matter what size I get they still gape haha x x
