When can you start sleeping on your back/side

I can’t get the right position sitting up, so bloody uncomfortable x

When I went for my one week check they said I could sleep on my side xx

It’s so difficult isn’t it! I keep slipping down….tried putting a pilow under my bum and/or legs but it keeps slipping down too lol! Not too much longer to go! Xx

I slept upright for a few weeks coz 1 of my boobies was playing up its all to do with swelling ur nurse will advise xx

I slept on my back last night only had op yesterday that was fine for me xx

I slept sort of half way between sitting up and lying down..,they only way I could get comfortable! I’ll be moving around during the day though so that should help with swelling anyway (had my op yesterday) x

I’m fine during the day but at night the pain gets really bad 🙁 all round my right side and at the bottom of my back 🙁

I am dreading sleeping and the drains!!! Only 5wks to go for me!
I dont even no how to use a v pillow lol xxx

I’m having this problem too had 2 hours last night couldn’t move myself to get comfy without someone pushing my back up 🙁 hope the pain settles soon! No pain no gain though girls!!!!

I litrelly can’t wait till I can sleep on my front again or at least my sides! I’ve always just starfished on my stomach lol so tryina sleep on my back is so uncomfortable I just can’t get to sleep! I’m 9 days post op atm slowly starting to move on to my sides but not for long, paranoid its affecting the implants xxx

Yeah I’ve literally got no idea how to use the v pillow, everyone was saying its a life saver but I’m obviously using it wrong. Just counting down till when the strapping comes off! At least I’ve got boobs now though aha xxx

I’ve been sleeping sitting basically upright lol now 3 weeks po I can’t sleep normal I’ve got to used to I just piled loads of pillows up and then put one under my back and it’s not to bad if you get the hang of where you like it xxxx
